		Oscar Flat's Oscar Flat's is my first kit that I designed with a drive-under to the loading dock. This building can be serviced by vehicles or from a track siding. I have only included the building title signage so that you may make the model any business that you desire. The upstairs section of Oscar's is entirely built board by board and the lower section has board and batten siding. All the strip wood and siding is by Northeastern. The windows and doors are by GrandtLine. All the castings are by the manufacturers that I have listed in the Specifications page and the corrugated metal roofing is by Builders-in-Scale.
